Felicity Huffman and Bill Macy have been together a long time too.
Married for nine years. But have been together since 1982.

How about Ben Stiller's parents, Jerry Stiller and Anne Meara? I *think* it is the first marriage for both.
They've been married for 50+ years. Pretty impressive.
