I am so sorry this happened to you guys......glad you are safe
My moms house got robbed twice in a week about 9 1/2 years ago....she had a stash of money($600) saved for the baby shower she was throwing me and they took it and the 2nd time I had $110 in an envelope that I was saving for my baby (I was 17yrs old at the time) and that was taken also
It is so scary but you always be thankful you werent there

I'm so sorry. I know how if feels to be violated in this way. It sounds like someone that knew you broke into the house from what they took and the dogs being there. Most burglars won't break into a house that has dogs.

i am so sorry. glad that you weren't home and the dogs were not harmed. i would look into getting an alarm installed. we had ours installed last week and although we don't use it all the time, i feel safer knwoing that we have it.
i know it really doesn't replaced the emotinally loss but do you have an umbrella policy?
