Wednesday!
Breakfast - 1 cup Special K with 1/2 cup skim milk, orange juice
Lunch: ham and swiss sandwhich on 1 slice of honeywheat bread. 11 baked lays, 1 peach
Dinner: zuchinni and onions stir fried with 1/2 cup short-cuts chicken (3 points!!!)
Snacks: Green pepper w/ low fat itallian dressing, 1 cup of cherries, 1 6oz container of yougurt
Badness - One light beer, and a few pieces of a large soft pretzle (better than the loaded nachos that were sitting in front of me ).
Activity: 2 walks with katlyn (about 30 minutes total - shorter than usual due to heat). Swam a few laps... but even being in the water wasn't satisfying - it was like being in a bath!
Total : 23 points (I'm alloted 22).

I don't think I've been eating enough with the activities I've been doing so I"m going to start keeping track of points!

Breakfast 1/2 cup trail mix crunch 1 cup ff milk 1 banana
Late morning snack 1.5 cup strawberries
Lunch 1 cup chili 1 slice 2% cheese
Late afternoon snack Baby carrots
Dinner Grilled chicken 1 cup brown rice
Snack 2 cups grapes
Excercise: Softball Game today...hope it's cancelled cause of rain, it's just too hot!

lunch: pepper turkey on diet rye w/ mustard and hot sauce
snack: if Im hungry another pollyo
dinner: not sure yet, going to my ILs

Lunch: LC Salad w/ FF italian dressing
Dinner: 3oz. pork tenderloin 2 slices texas toast (bad i know, but YUM) 1 slice american cheese Veggies or salad of some sort
Snack: Sugar Free Ice pop

I'll be inputting throughout the day... I finally called in sick.... tired of barking/coughing & saying what a million times a day at work because I can't hear. Heading to the Doctors...finally!

Here goes!
Friday, 8/4
Breakfast 1 cup Special K Red Berries with 1/2 cup skim milk
Points Remaining: 18
Lunch: 6 inch Turkey and Ham sub from Subway with lowfat honey mustard LOADED with veggies (and only 6 points!)
Points: 12
Dinner: Uhhhh, yeah, we went to DC to see a show on a whim, so we went out. BUT, i only drank water, I had salmon, veggies and potatos (bad, i know, but they were SOOO good), and 1 slice of bread.
I figured it was around 12-15 points... but we walked to and from the metro to the Kennedy Center (about 1/2 mile each way) instead of taking the shuttle, so YAY us.
Oh, and we ate at the Watergate
Yeah... gonna stop rationalizing now...
Note to self: Do NOT start WW the week of you anniversary

8/4/06 - MON-Fri Diet
Breakfast: Myoplex proteins shake w/ 1 tblsp of PB, Unsalted
3 hrs later: 3 egg whites
3 hrs later: LUNA bar w/Yogurt
3 hrs later: 3 oz grilled
3 hr later: DINNER! 3 oz of grilled ckn or turkey meat/burger w/salad.......dressing Balsamic Vinegar and a tsp of olive oil.
Im quoting myself for today w/some changes. TGIF- I get to enjoy some food this weekend that I stay away from all wk. I almost broke down and had a bagel!! I stopped myself and said, ONE MORE DAY.
Tomorrow I treat myself.

I suppose this is a M-F thread Had a wedding this weekend and I went up a lb No biggie it was worth it, the chicken florentine was awesome Back on track....

I think it should be... I was soooo bad on Saturday (though I actually ate under my points on Sunday )
8/7 Breakfast: 1 cup special k 1/2 cup skim milk 1 granny smith apple (5 pts total)
Lunch: 2 slices honeywheat toast with 1tbs sugar free raspberry spread 2 oz turkey 10 baby carrots
(4 points total)
Dinner: Sushi!
Snacks: Not sure yet
Exercise: walking the puppy, swimming.

oh boy! It is hard to be good on the weekends....I think that's why it's so hard to lose weight. A lot of times anything good I do during the week is quickly erased on the weekend. Doh!
