Gatorade is great for hydration since it has electrolytes in it. We recommend it to women who suffer from m/s.
gatorade = healthy?
i personally equate gatorade to soda as far as it being "good" for you. i go through phases of soda and drink gatorade once in a blue moon to quench my thirst, but have steered clear of both while pregnant...

I get sick and tired of plain water.
I put a slice of lemon in it, and that eases my m/s a little.
I also love to drink Vitamin Water

I drink watered down natural juices - Im not big on plain water either. that or lemon water.
