We made a donation to Make a Wish.
We did a donation too to Catholic Big Brother/Big Sister. They were so excited to get the donation and it was tax-deductible.
Our guests raved about too- many had never seen it before.

 my wedding favor
These were my wedding favors. I thought it was perfect since it was an interfaith wedding.
I put them in Cellophane bags with red crinkled shredded paper at the bottom of the bag and I added rock sugar candy in the bags as stirs ...tied with a white bow.

We did a donation to the American Diabetes Association.
Three of DH's grandparents were diabetic and BIL's dad.
Really easy.
Doesn't collect dust.
Good cause.
Tax deductible.
I'm all for the charitable donation.
