I have a bigger issue with big kids (like age 4) in strollers. I read an article about the connection between the fact that strollers are bigger to accomodate older kids and childhood obesity. And as someone who struggles with weight, I am not going to encourage my kid to sit in a stroller when he/she is able to walk, even if it slows me down.
I completely agree. I don't think anything is wrong with the harnesses, kids can walk around, either they are strapped down in a seat or strapped to your arm moving about. I don't see the difference.

When you have a kid that throws himself on the ground & you're dealing with a newborn, you'll think differently. Never say never...many of us on the parenting boards are eating our words with "I'd never have my baby in bed with us." or "I'd never spank my child".

My husband just told me the other day that a lady came into his job with two kids of leashes!! So I said how old were they he said around 7!!!
That is to much he was like I didn't even want to help her!!! OMG what is wrong with you
I understand keeping an eye on them but dam they are in school!!!

I have to say I don't like seeing kids on leashes, it just bothers me.. but when I sit back and think about the fact that they are safe and not getting into any trouble I guess it isn't so bad.
