Drink tons of water. I hate when the scale goes up and down or just remains the same . . .

You will break that 2 pounds- just keep working at it- try varying things up a bit!

Ugh...yeah...remember I said I've been playing with these 2 lbs every week...well...they're back.

Gonna go back to the gym tommorow (it's been a few weeks Chat Icon) My friend just got back from her HM so we want to do kickboxing mon and wed nights weekly. I'm gonna try for gym time 4x a week

I'll edit as I go today, I know I'll have a WW yogurt at some point, and I have a Lean Cuisine something or other in the freezer for lunch, and I brought a snack. I don't know what I'll have tonight. DH isn't home so it'll probably be one of the frozen dinners I bought yesterday.

Ughhhh . . . . . I am doing so bad . . . . I am trying so hard to get back on track and I was fine until I came home stressed and stuffed my mouth with some mozzarella and a bite of an italian hero. I talked myself through the stress and think I used about 6 points on that moment of weakness.

I don't know how Bri figures out how many slices, but I have a little digital scale I bought at the store that I weigh for ounces.

Points is based on calories, fat and fiber.

There's an online point calculator HERE in case you don't have your own ww point slider
