my absolute favorite.
That's a great one...I also like where he says: "I do not like green eggs and ham, I do not like them says Sam I Am."
OK one of my faves (I have a terrible memory for this stuff): "Snap out of it!!" (Cher to N. Cage in Moonstruck)
Also like "Hump? What hump?" (Young Frankenstein - steen! - stein!)
Oh and "Make your words soft and sweet for tomorrow you may have to eat them" (Unknown)

i have tons and tons (i used to be obsessed with quotes, so anytime i saw one i liked, i would write it down in my quote book. Yes, yes i am a dork  ).
anyway, i just came across this one though, and i LOVEEEEEEE it:
