I can't quantify it in one day per week or two days per month.
They seem to happen in waves where I will be in a bad way for weeks and then things turn around and it may be fine for weeks or months.

I would say that I have more bad moods than bad days. They come and go. Full on bad days maybe once or twice a month. ALOT more when I was working in the city....every day was a bad day!

i had a HORRIBLE day yesterday. to the point that i actually cried  before that, it was probably at least a month or so, and even that was more family stuff than 'personal'... so i guess its once a month on average?
i'll have kinda crappy days here and there (like work will be stressful, but then i'm happy again at home.. that kind of thing), so overall theyre not "bad", but have come crappiness mixed into them

I'm normal, like everyone I have bad days and good days. But reading through this thread, I can't remember the last time I had a bad day. That's not to say I haven't had one in a long time, I just try not to think about them once they're over so I guess I forget them. I probably have a couple of bad days a month.
