I was completely even with my start weight when I delivered, but I was plus sized to begin with.

I am not worried about NOT gaining weight. I am wondering what the secrets are of the ladies who didn't gain a lot.
I excercise three to four times a week and I don't eat a lot nor have I had any of the extreme hunger that others describe. I have not added any additional calories either.
I guess I am trying to figure out if I have a good shot at not gaining a lot.
Sounds like based on heredity, your diet and exercise plan you will be fine.
But plan on gaining about 25 to 35 pounds mininum or its just not healthy. You were thin before so you should bounce back in no time after
Bless you for thinking I was thin before. I actually needed to shed 20-25 lbs. I am hoping that since I needed to lose weight before I got pg, if I don't add calories, I will end up better in the end. If I was already eating too much, then I must be eating just enough now.

Re: Anyone NOT gain a lot of weight?
So far I've only gained 14 pounds and I'm 36 weeks. I'm pretty thin to begin with, I'd say I'm average normally. I"ve always been a healthy eater- cereal for breakfast, salad or sandwich for lunch, a pretty decent dinner. I don't snack a lot, but I don't deny myself what I want. This hasn't changed since I've been pregnant. I still eat well. I've been indulging in ice cream alot, so I'm definitely not depriving myself!
