I'm having a housewarming party!!
we only invited immediate fmaily and it's already 6o people~~
we are having an open house... they can stop by anytime between 2-6pm, i'm serving appetizers, desserts and of course drinks!!
any ideas other tips for me....

Sounds great and thanks for posting. We're planning our house warming as well and I really wasn't sure how to organize it.

Just had mine this past Saturday! The one thing I didnt think of when I planned it was rain. Of course I was dying all week cuz they kept calling for it and 50 people were not fitting in this house. Thanks to my LIF friends and thier sundances as well as a lot of prayer, it was a GREAT day!!!
We did hero's, veggie platters, beer, wine, and soda...the hero's came with the salads and pickle/olive tray.
We got our cake at Costco..They are so cheap, yet, soooo good! My mom got her hands on a chocolate fountain and bought all the fruit for it...it was a big hit. (the fountain was from LTD).
Everyone had a great time and they were more than generous with the gifts.
We had such a great time!!
