My ex tried to teach me on his rear wheel drive M3...in the rain. I spun the car out (full 360 and ended up facing oncoming traffic) in the middle of a very busy main road. 
Well...since knowing that... my DH is not too eager to teach me. But I still want to learn very badly. I think he likes the fact that I don't know how to drive stick because that way I'll never drive his car!

When I was 22 and bought my first car from my boyfriend at the time. He taught me. I loved driving stick. DH does not know how.
