Only a little over a week away!
It sux that you won't get to move in till Dec. 5th, be sure to check everything when they move out!
What town is your new home in?

Congrats on the close date!!! Now get packin'!!!!
Did you have anything in your contract that charges them rent for occupying the house for so long after a close date?
Our contract gave them 3 days after closing and then $100 per day for first five days then $300 per day after that.
Its in the contract.... but i had to modify that because they aren't ready to close yet. They wanted to push the date to December. This was the happy medium.
The house is in south Levittown.
