Dear... Should have been FIRED already co-worker...*UPDATE*
Shut the **** up about your Boyfriend.....X-Boyfriend....................Boyfriend...WHATEVER!!!
I haven't even sat down yet before I hear your flip flops flappin away (that you shouldn't be wearing anyway) & your in here talking to me like I CARE!!!!
And please do not come in to work wearing a wife beater again! Really did you think that was business casual when you put a pink wife beater one over the white one?? Really??? Bra straps hanging out and all!!!!
And do me a favor stay home...FOREVER!!!!
Vent over
But, u wouldn't believe that this chick still has a job. It's baffling!! For instance, yesterday she was in @ 9:30 (her hours that day) but w/ BAD sunburn so she left for an early lunch at 11am to get "lotion" BS!! Then came back @ 12:30 and left for the day because she couldn't SIT anymore @ 1:30!!! She worked for 2&1/2 hours yesterday!!!!!!!!!
*UPDATE* 6/22 - Can you believe she's not at work yet? She was supposed to be here at 9:30...It's 10:15
BTW she hasn't called or anything!!

I feel badly for her that working has screwed up her beach time and sunburn recovery so much!

Sounds like my co-worker that left for lunch yesterday at 11:55 and came back at 3:55. She called our supervisor at 3:00 to say she got lost....
It blows my mind that people like this can keep a job. It also pi$$es me off at the same time. Because you know, that if it was you or me that did that, our a$$es would be fired !!!

Re: Dear... Should have been FIRED already co-worker...
yeah i know the feeling. you should see, we have a bunch of interns working here this summer and this one in particular has been wearing wifebeaters (white) with a white bra that covers only her and the same pants 3 days in a row. however, she keeps coming in because she's drop dead gorgeous and the guys (who run the place) like what they see. WHATEVER!!!!!

Why is that? I can never understand if I did that, I would be fired but they are still employed. I think every office has someone like that.

Thank god for you guys!
This is the first time I've been able to laugh about it. If you knew the 1/2 you wouldn't believe me. I'm so mad she's completely fell off her rocker ever since her BF "left" her 2 MONTHS AGO.
Enough...!!!! And he wants her back now (why I don't know) but she can't even use that as an excuse. You should here the excuses she has.
If you guys are interested I'll post her track record. It could make for a time wasting afternoon if nothing else

Yes! Please share...
We should have a "Dear Co-Worker" Board! I know it would be good for laughs!
I'm still over how my cube-mate got lost coming to back to work from her lunch hour (or should I say 4 hours) yesterday!

how do you get lost getting to work? was it her first day? even so, doesn't she know about www.mapquest.com? Perhaps someone needs to buy her ONSTAR for her birthday

She's been here for over a year!!! I just can't figure her out... she is very cunning, sneaky and a lier... she probably was shopping during lunch and lost track of time so she had to say something about why she was gone for 4 hours!

Re: Dear... Should have been FIRED already co-worker...
Ok here goes...
Her BF of 2 years "left" her last April. It was on a Friday and he moved out that day.
So that following Monday she was too upset, Tuesday still too upset...Wednesday came in 1 hr. late and left 1&1/2 hr's early, still upset. Couldn't eat, sleep, drink nothing!!!
Also has the audacity to compare her one time cheating, just moved in w/ her BOYFRIEND to my MARRIAGE, and how upset I'd be if my DH left me!!! Sorry NOT the SAME thing! Upsetting & heartbreaking, yes but not the same thing.
Then 1 week later left 4 hrs early because her Brother was in a car accident
Starts taking 1&1/2 hour lunches ever other day or so. Sometimes all week, this has not stopped.
One Friday about 2 weeks later we don’t here from her it's now 11:30-12pm. She was supposed to be in at 8am. One of our sales guys for our biggest client was taking her & the clients out to lunch. So now I have to go home change into a suit and go on the lunch meeting instead. Her excuse when she called at 1pm......My G-Ma had a heart attack last night, was in the Hosp. till 4am, my phone died so my alarm didn’t go off and I forgot to set my other alarm! REALLY!!! She did come in that day at about 3 and left a@ 5:30.
Next week missing from work again. No Call, nothing. About 10:30 she calls says I have a UTI and comes in 3&1/2 hours late. The NEXT day missing again... called around same time, she locked her keys in her house W/ her cell phone. Came in 1&1/2 hrs late.
Next 2 days is 1/2 hr late to work
Next week...missing ...calls @ 10:30, she overslept, she's sick from the anti-B's she’s on for her UTI. Never comes in.
Next Week- 1 hr late didn’t call till 1&1/2 hrs after her start time. 2 Days later missing again, 1&1/2 hrs late didn’t call till 9:30. Excuse.. She had to get blood taken.
and that brings us up to the Sunburn day!
She leaves for lunch & then comes back hr's later and eats lunch @ her desk. Puts ALL her calls to voice mail & has inconvenienced her 2 co-worked one of which being me tremendously. We have to cover her hr's when she's not here.
P.S She left for lunch at 2pm Does anyone want to tell me what time it is?

In the WALMAT parking lot, where she did some of her shopping

I'd say the same for mine, but her boss is here maybe once every couple of months. He works mostly from other locations.
