Our LIPA bills vary by month, but generally somewhere between $150-$200 per month.
For water, we have Jericho Water District and we pay $10-$15 every 3 months.

LIPA is around $115/month (balanced billing)
Water is around $30 every 3 months.

Water about $35 every 3 months.
LIPA varies $80 to $130 per month. Once we've been in the house for a full year we'll move to balanced billing.

we just got our electric bill- for two months was $243
last bill was $285/2 months..
We havent gotten a water bill since we moved in -in august- and it was $10 for a new owner fee

Our electric bill for every other month is between 150- 200,sometimes lower it varies, it goes a little higher in the summer months, becuase there stinking rates go up ,and we use the inground sprinklers and the air conditioner. The water bill is also every other month and that also varies, it is usually about 100- 150.00 , we also just got our water meter changed so that might have something to do with it being a little on the high side, I did not like them to just show up, they just changed it so they can read it from the outside. It also varies depending if we are running the sprinklers. HTH

electricity - $25-30 a month
water - $16 a month
gas - $190 a month
