We used alure to finish our basement in july and it was no where near $50k. It was less than half of that and we have a very large basement.
Their basement finishing system is actually that the walls are not sheet rock. They are removable walls made of fiberglass. The benefit of that is that if you get water in the basement (like many of us do), you can remove the walls and dry them out (no mold!).
I highly recommend alure. The workers were professional, on time, etc. They finished the job in a week and a half.

yes. the price really all depends on what you want done i guess. they have a flooring system that you CAN get with it and the price for that was through the roof. we got our carpet separately.

there work is great but there very$$$ but worth it if you have the money although you can find people just as good but as much $$ and but the company isnt as large.
