Actually, it was awful. I told her, and she was very quiet, then said, "I wish you the best of luck, and this is a good decision for you because you are not happy here, and you have had some challenges". Whatever the flip that means, I dont know. It made me sad to see that she feels I wasnt good enough.
On the upside, the whole company aside from her is sad, and there were even some tears.

you know...they said the same sort of thing to me when I put in my resignation. I was damn good at that job and all they could say to me was, "i'm sorry to see you leave just as you were blossoming" - WHATEVER, screw em! It kills them to see you go, so they have to put a negative spin on it.

It sounds like she was just trying to stick it to you one last time. Ignore her comments. You're doing what's best for you and that's all that matters.
