1. I am 10 1/2 years younger than my sister. By the time my parents conceived me, they had given up trying.
2. I used to wonder if I was an accident.
3. I am petrified of bats.
4. I had a parakeet named Chirpy. We got him when I was 5, and he died when I was 17. He talked a lot!
5. I am currently really, really disappointed in myself b/c I should be graduating with my doctorate this month, but am nowhere close to finishing my dissertation.

Weird, I am also 10 1/2 years younger than my sister and had a parakeet named Chirpy! And come to think of it, I am petrified of bats too.

1. I almost choked to death on a hard candy as a kid(before they invented the hemlich)- but my dad stuck his finger down my throat and I threw it up. I am terrified of vomiting to this day. I actually have panic attacks about it.
2. I asked my parents for my wedding money as a down payment on my condo since I was 34 and never thought I would marry. They very generously agreed to help. I met my husband 5 months to the day of closing on the condo.
3. I live in LA but I lived in Bayside, Queens for over 26 years- not even leaving home to go to college.
4. I have travelled by myself to Thailand for a month. It was awesome.
5. I am terrified of heights but bungy jumped when visiting Austraila since I promised myself I would do any activitiy that was offered! I am glad I did but never would again- it was the most scary moment I can remember.
Edited to add a bonus: I did an audition tape for the TV show "Blind Date"- They called me to do the show but I was dating someone at the time!

5. I participated in Hands Across America (I don't remember when that was....late 80s?)
I did too! With a bunch of kids from my church youth group- Thanks for that memory- I forgot all about it!

1) When driving over a bridge as a passenger, the driver must ALWAYS be in the left lane (I cannot be on the edge--I'll freak) I warn them on the entrance ramp so they have time to prepare to move over (lol)
2) I SKEEVE everything--a little more than the Norm
3) I judge a restaurant by its bathroom--if its spotless, then I know the restaurant is also
4) I can do "thumbs up" w/ my big toes
5) I cannot fall asleep unless I have socks on--even if its HoT

1. I have this wierd facination with being a baggage handler for the airlines
2. I know when anyone has been near or touched anything on my desk....I think i have a touch of OCD!!
3. I cant use a pad of paper if its 1/2 gone....a full pad makes me happy! 
4. I hate having my personal space invaded.
5. I have always wanted to live out west...in Montana, or Wyoming

1) I have very low self esteem
4) I was in an emotional sometimes physical abusive relationship for 5 years (hence why my self esteem went down) and I wish to see my ex to show him what I have now

1. I have an extra upside down vertabrae at the top of my neck. It is located right beneath the atlas/axis ones.
2. I have to use all the ink in a pen. I don't like to throw away a pen that is 1/2 used.

I think you know a lot about me but let's see
1. I always wanted to be a lawyer or a teacher, since I was very little, and since then I also had a sort of aptitude for both. I could win ANY argument, and I never gave up until I did, and I would always be teaching stuff to my dolls. I'm sure my parents though I was weair, but I would go through my day smetimes and talk out loud "teaching" things to an imaginary class. I no longer really want to be a lawyer or a teacher.
2. I feel more comfortable and even actually more sexy in tomboyish clothes. I was a major tomboy as a kid and I used to say "I wish I were a boy" I think a lot of it came from the fact that my family had views about what boys and girls do. I wanted to play sports and get dirty, not sew and wear dresses. I was so bored in girl scouts. I wanted to join boy scouts in the worst way.
3. In high school, I was called a slut even though I SO wasn't. Other girls were just jealous b/c I was and had always been completely comfortable around guys and I had a lot of guy friends i would play/flirt with and they would be tongue tied and jealous. Catty biatches. Also, I knew almost everyone in HS. And EVERYONE knew me. I'd meet someone for the first time and they'd say "Oh YOU'RE Jennifer _____." I'm not quite sure why.
4. I'm really really shy at first. I think it probably goes beyond that, even to the point of Social Anxiety Disorder, which I was once diagnosed with, but never treated. People who know me as the loudmouth, outgoing, crazy, leader of the pack I can be when I'm in my comfort zone would NEVER know how shy I really am.
5. I have ADD but I did so well in school until HS that I wasn;'t diagnosed until I was a teenager. Despite my ADD, or myabe because of it, in a weird way, I'm really good at standardized tests, and sick as it may seem I enjoy taking them.

1. Although I have my driver's license, I have never actually passed a road test.
2. I started sucking my thumb when I was 5 and still do on occasion when I'm really stressed. (It's a comfort thing)
3. I played the flute for 6 years.
4. I broke my wrist when I was 9 when someone roller skating backwards bumped into me.
5. DH and I want 4 kids.
