My hours are 9-5 with an hour lunch, paid. I work more than that every day and hours more on some days.
If I work through lunch, I can order in on the company account.
ETA: I don't get paid overtime

I work 8:30-5:00 and do not get paid for lunch. I haven't been anywhere that has actually paid for lunch?

I work 8:30-4:30 with an hour lunch- i get paid salary, so i guess i get paid for lunch

I work 8:30-5:30 with an hour lunch. My work week is 40 hours where at my old job it was 37.5

same for me- but at my last job I didn't get paid for lunch
