Well I am definitely going. I paid $300 buks for two tickets cause DW "HAD TO SEE A FOOTBALL GAME". LOL
I will dress warm. Game is December 26th... day after Xmas. 
Good luck with that weather. I went to a Jets/Bills game Dec 30 a couple of years ago and FROZE my butt off. It is so cold at the meadowlands.
My game was about 5-6 years ago against the Bucs. No joke, it was one of the coldest experiences of my life - and I'm an avid skiier!
