Re: When did you tell work that you were PG?
I told work early for scheduling reasons at 7-8 weeks. I would have waited until 12 weeks but I had to tell them. I had a m/c 2 days later. Worse yet, none of our family knows, but several people at work do.
Now we are TTC again and if I do get PG ( ), they will know it was on purpose, which is a relatively big deal and will not be well received where I work.
I would wait just in case even though I am sure things will go well

It is a personal decision. For me, I had to tell my boss as soon as the dr confirmed it because I am a dental assistant and take xrays - couldnt do that anymore. It would have been obvious when I said no to taking a film! LOL

Re: When did you tell work that you were PG?
I told around 14 or 15 weeks. I had planned on waiting until I was 16 weeks, but I got a promotion and wanted to be honest with my manager as to what I would be able to accomplish before I went out. It gave me 5 months to work up a maternity plan and train my colleagues on how to fill in for me. That was plenty of time.

Hi Genna...I still didn't say anything. I'm going to try to wait until after the first trimester. Hopefully I don't get m/s and I'm not required to travel too much over the next couple of months. Feel better!!!!
