I still don't think that's a bad price. It's a great area with a nice size house and prperty. And a great school distrrict.

sorry, I wasn't trying to offend. my point is that Ronk is just as nice if not nicer than Bohemia - IMO and the price diff between the 2 makes zero sense.

Ronkonkoma does have a trailer part. Some parts of Ronkonkoma are Islip and some are Brookhaven. The parts that are in Brookhaven tend to have slightly higher taxes. Not all of Ronkonkoma is Connetquot School district. Most of it is Sachem.
