Prune Juice
Any suggestions? Ryan has been a little constipated. He is still going but it's very hard and I can tell it's not that easy for him to go. How much should I give him? Should I put it in his formula or let him drink straight?

I give talia 1/4 prune juice 3/4 water in a bottle - all she has to do is drink an ounce and presto - dirty diaper! you may have to play with the ratio depending on how badly he needs relief.
