Mom & Dad...but dont call them that.
Same for me.... I still call them Mr and Mrs XXXX

I put stepmother's first name since that is what we both call her. Then I put Dad and his dad's name in parentheses since I call him by his first name.

I call them mom and dad in CARDS that are from DH and I, but when I talk to them, it's by their first names! And, if by some chance, I were to write a card that was just from me, I'd write their first names.
