I know everyone says they wanted to be famous, so they deserve the paparazzi. As much as I love seeing pictures of celebrities with their kids, this is a bit over the top. If this were me, I'd be in court getting my son's restraining order against him.

Paparazzo Arrested for Hiding Near Daycare
A paparazzo was arrested Thursday after he was discovered hiding in bushes outside a daycare center attended by Angelina Jolie's adopted son, authorities said.
Photographer Clint Brewer, 25, was trying to take pictures of 4-year-old Maddox Jolie-Pitt, according to Cindy Guagenti, a publicist for Jolie's partner, Brad Pitt.
Brewer was detained by security shortly before 11 a.m. and the property's owner made a citizen's arrest, said sheriff's Lt. Crystal Miranda.
Deputies arrested Brewer on suspicion of trespassing and he was later released on $1,000 bail, officials said.
Jolie, Pitt and their children returned to Malibu two weeks ago after Jolie, 31, gave birth to daughter Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt in Namibia last month. The couple have two older children, 18-month-old Zahara, adopted from Ethiopia, and Maddox, adopted from Cambodia.
Both Maddox and Zahara's surnames were legally changed to Jolie-Pitt after Pitt, 42, announced his intention to adopt the children.

I agree! I am sooo appalled at this. MOST CERTAINLY going over a line!
eta- paparazzo was arrested Thursday after he was discovered hiding in bushes outside a daycare center attended by Angelina Jolie's adopted son, authorities said.
Last night at like three AM it was announced that he actually jumped the fence and went into the grounds of the daycare
 not sure which version is true

but, like everyone else, the paparazzi have a job to do - to sell magazines.
You do what you have to do to do your job. Whoever gets the first shot of this kid will be a hot ticket.
It's nothing personal, it's business
and it's the price you pay for fame - nothing is sacred. By association, this kid is famous.

trespassing is illegal..there was a fence...yes they have a job to do but breaking the law goes tooo far.

Yes but in any job, Breaking the law should not be looked upon as a good thing regardless of the amount of money they will make off of it...

I agree that the papparazzi are crossing the line by stalking the poor kid at day care but my question is....
Why the HELL is that kid in DAY CARE? Um...isn't she not working being that she just gave birth to baby, and doesn't she have enough money to hire a nanny??

I'm sure it's worth it to you financially. That's why I think his parents should be suing on Maddox's behalf for damages in the amount of the sale of the photograph.
Stalk a celebrity if you want, but you have to agree that stalking her kid (and scaring him & other kids) at daycare is over the top. Also true stalkers could use a camera & the guise of paparazzo. For me the need to protect my children are paramount. I can't imagine the lengths these people have to go through. Something I'm sure they never considered their children during those struggling actor days.

He/she has no choice in the matter though. Mom or dad chose their career and profession. A child has no say and should not be victimized by the paparazzi.

I don't think you can blame the parents for that either. I don't think they realize what it will be like. When Angelina adopted him, she was hardly the major star she is now. I just don't think the kids deserve it. Imagine the fear you would face at 3 or 4 - that is horrrible. I just think the kids should be off limits.

I agree 100000% with this!
I HATE that they constantly refer to Maddox and Zahara as the 'adopted' children - esp. now since their daughter was born... it bugs me to no end!! And every article will ALWAYS say this. DUH we all know they were adopted, but if nothing else she seems like a wonderful Mom, and as much as a MOTHER to them as she her 'biological' daughter

I said this to someone the other day after the Cooper Anderson interview and the person replied to me and said "What's the big deal, he is just stating the obvious, afterall, Maddox IS adopted"
Made me realize its not a malicious thing, jst a reporter thing

I hate the adopted reference too. I don't hear them referring to Jamie Lee's kid as adopted.
Off topic - My friend just broke up with her boyfriend because he was explaining how her daughter is not her REAL daughter because she's adopted.
