Merrick/bellmore
My sister is looking for a house in south merrick,north merrick,seaford or wantagh
Her range is anywhere up to like 725,000--I know a lot of youare great at finding houses--Has anyone come across anything?? She is having trouble finding one that doesnt need to be gutted-TIA!!!!!

This one is right on Bellmore Ave...You don't want to be on this street as it leads up to the HS! My BIL lives over there & it is a horror show during the school year

This one is right on Bellmore Ave...You don't want to be on this street as it leads up to the HS! My BIL lives over there & it is a horror show during the school year
Its not that bad over there. My sister in law lives off that street. Its not busy over there at all.

Oohh, fun to look for someone who has a good chunk of $$ to spend. I love this house in Wantagh...but it could use a little more property.
