Jared went to the beach (with pics) We went again today!! More pics page 2!!
We brought Jared to the beach for the first time yesterday. I wanted to wait until my Dh had off from work, so we could go as a family. He always misses things with Jared so I kept this for him. Image Attachment(s):

I worked out A LOT before Jared and then after I was pregnant, I had a personal trainer for 2 months. Cardio, cardio and more cardio does the trick. Also, sit ups...even though I HATE to do them...
