i also like to mix itup with some wheat bagels or toast with peanut butter - and fruit....
i am also addicted to the less healthy french toast sticks they sell in bj - pop them in the micro and mmmm!!

Usually cereal, a bagel, or a banana. Of course, I have the rare morning where I have something outrageous like ice cream

I actually branched out this morning and had scrambled egg whites..it made me a little nauseous though

due to my restrictive gestational diabetes diet, i eat 1/2 cup scrambled egg beaters with one ounce of cheese in a small tortilla. and a glass of milk. every morning. i'm so sick of eggs. but it gives me the nutrition i need and keeps my blood sugar regulated.
