I'd like to lose 20 lbs (as a start!) and get serious about not snacking during the day and night.
I need to start drinking water. I LOVE water there is no excuse. I just need someone to put it under my nose!
I need to start exercising, not sure what program would be right for me

Count me in....I still have about 25 pounds to loose. I am 8 weeks PP and would like to be able to fit in my clothes when I go back to work the end of November.

Once everyone has signed up and stated their goals I will start buddying everyone up so we make it through our challenge and we each meet the goals we want to meet by the new year.

What a great idea! I need to eat better so I have more energy so I can get myself to the gym and not be exhausted all day long, and lose the last 10lbs..

I'm only a few pounds away from my pre-pregnancy weight, but I wasn't exactly in the best shape of my life when I got pregnant. So, my goals...to lose 20 pounds by the end of the year and to exercise at least 3x a week.

I'm on maternity leave now & I'd really like to use this time to get back into shape.
My goals: Go walking regularly Stop snacking on junk food
so that I can fit into my pre-preg clothes again (still wearing sweats & maternity clothes 5 weeks PP) and feel better about myself.

I'd like to join too!!! I'd like to lose weight (not a specific amount - I'd like to fit into my old clothes), eat healthier, get to the gym 3-4 times per week and eat less junk food.

For me, it's losing weight. I lost all the baby weight but now I have to lose the weight that shouldn't have been there to begin with! I would love to lose 25lbs by the end of the year.
This sounds just like me!! I lost all the baby weight within 6 weeks of having him but I had put on weight during the 4 years we struggled to have Steven!

Goals:
eat healthy loose 15 - 20 pounds at least exercise more do not snack on my sons meals

My goals are to go down 3 dress sizes which equals about 20lbs to drink more water to actually eat more. I really only have a snack or two a day and then dinner and I know that isn't healthy. I also need to stop having cookies and ice cream.

I want to lose weight. I will set the goal at 20lbs. (geez I gues I would actually have to buy a scale )
Eat healthier. I need more veggies in my life. Snack alot less.
Drink more water (I've been slacking)
And excercise more.

I want to lose the last couple of lbs i still have left from DD. My major goal is to tone it all back up again. I am in my Pre-preggo jeans but they just don't fit like they used to. My goal is to fit in the dress i wore to my rehersal dinner, i got PG 3 months after my wedding so i want to see that size again. I am looking foward to this challenge.

UPDATE OK so instead of a daily thread I am going to make a new thread each Monday and then we'll post to that thread each week.
Here is the list of everyone and their goals. Let me know if I have your goals right or if you are missing your goals please FM them to me. I am going to put the buddy groups together tonight. Sorry but I was too exhausted last night and Miranda is a having a really rough morning.
How did everyone do yesterday? I did well. I gave into some candy at work totally out of stress but I skipped my light ice cream last night to make up for it. On the way back from our doctor appointment I am going to stop and join the YMCA so I can get the exercise part of my goal started. I'm so glad we've had so many moms sign up!! I hope everyone find this helpful since we're all in the same boat of trying to find time to take care of ourselves while taking care of our babies and our house and our DH's and.....the list goes on.

If its not too late:
-Join the ymca -lose 10lbs -drink more water during the day instead of after dinner (so I don't have to get up extra during the night ) -stop eating after 8:30pm -got to bed by 10:30pm (instead of midnight) -stop napping during sidney's morning nap so i can get more stuff accomplished
I just want to be more productive in general
