Wading River - 1 acre
DH's ex-boss is moving out of state and is selling a nice place in Wading River on 1 acre. If anyone is looking in that area let me know - he's willing to be flexible on price and will sell direct. He's anxious to move closer to his new grandson and we'd love to help him and his wife out. Here's a link to the house, unfortunately the pics inside are dark and don't show the nice living room with high ceilings or the kitchen.

Shoreham/Wading River area is beautiful - but too far our for me as well.
