Re: Drinking spinoff-Did anyone have any underage drinkers at their wedding?
We actually had no one under the age of 21 at our wedding but if someone was and they were drinking and were older then 15-16 and not making a fool of themselves i would not care.
My parents allowed me to drink at weddings since i was 16. I never got really drunk, but i am the youngest in a large irish family and had plenty of family to get me drinks. My parents knew I was responsible with drinking (not getting falling down drunk) so they didn't have an issue with it.

Re: Drinking spinoff-Did anyone have any underage drinkers at their wedding?
We had two 12 year olds, a fifteen year old & a 16 year old. The 12 year olds sat with there parents & I'm sure didn't drink. The 15 year, was also with her parents & I think they would let her have a little, but I don't know if they did. The 16 year old, was a BM and sat with the Bridal party, & we gave her a little champagne but she didn't like it!

Maybe making it legal will make it less appealing.
Um... no.
Your opinion. I know plenty of people who drank more at 18, then at 25. When you are sneaky it is more fun. When you can't, you want it more.

If a parent was upset that their kid was drinking and said something to staff, would you be mad?
I think I would. A parent should be a parent, and if you don't like what your kid is doing, take it up with your child.

Well, it IS illeagel to serve to a minor, so I think the parent would be within their rights to say something to the staff, if if the child was being served directly. Of course, the child should also be reprimanded, if the parent did not approve or if it was out of control.

Re: Drinking spinoff-Did anyone have any underage drinkers at their wedding?
Only my 2 cousins were underage and they're WAY underage. So no, there were no underage drinkers at our wedding. I would have been too busy dancing to notice anyway.

Re: Drinking spinoff-Did anyone have any underage drinkers at their wedding?
I had 6 people underage at my wedding - three of them were under 10, so I rule out any possibilty that they were drinking. The other three were 19, 19, and 20 ... so it's definitely possible they were drinking. i think that by that age, as long as they weren't driving and they were being responsible I have no problem with it, especially since their parents were there too.
