So apparently DH had flowers shipped to my office for today, and they NEVER came!!! I work on a campus and in a big building, so it could be difficult to find me, but he gave them my office number! He's so disappointed.

last year DH ordered my mom, his mom and his grandma flowers for mothers day. My mom got hers, Grandma got her 4 days later and MIL never got hers. They said they dont know why they never delievered hers.

I used ftd.com to send my mom something on monday and it was a day late. I think the snow storm messed up the deliveries BUT I still plan on asking for a full refund!

ETA: I just called ftd.com and demanded to speak to a manager and was refunded my full purchase price!

Re: 1-800-FLOWERS

This happened to us LAST Valentine's Day and when they arrived TWO days later, the roses were dead. SO my DH got very angry, called them up and got a credit to his credit card PLUS a new delivery. Just FYI....

This year he used Pro-flowers and they are beautiful.

Re: 1-800-FLOWERS

I can't believe how awful they are! I had no idea. DH was so busy at work today that he still didn't get to call them, and I still didn't get the flowers. Chat Icon He said that he was just going to cancel it and get his money back - I told him that I still want flowers! Chat Icon
