oh I've gotten some winners from my MIL 
last X-mas she sent a care package with a bunch of gifts. one of them was a glass rose... which is ok I guess if it's done well but this was gold and orange

Ugh...ok...it was this 4 piece cheap statue that had these cherubs & flowers on top of HUGE pink letters...that spelled out LOVE...
OMG...GAG!

I can't tell which was worse...
The 1/2 of a steering wheel I got.
The extremely old/moth hole ridden/moldy blankets I got as a "house warming" gift.
Or the ornament that was given to DH by his ex girlfriend.

My ex-boyfriends family used to think that they HAD to get everyone something for Christmas and would all go to the dollar store and get me various pieces of junk. They were all horrible and all went straight to the trash. I would have been happier just getting a card......

5 years ago, my old boss gave me pre-printed grocery shopping lists.
They had little pictures of vegetables and meats with French titles under them and you could check off what you needed.
And the worst part was it was 10 packs of 100 sheets. So I had 1000 of these ugly, useless sheets. 
Worst. Gift. Ever.

these ugly dove champagne glasses for my shower-when I went to return them to Macys-(where I thought they may have come from) the saleswoman told me they were worth ONE PENNY! They were terribly ugly!
