4th birthday party ideas-at home
my son will be 4 in July, if I was to do an in home old school party, what are some ideas for them to do???? food wise? just order pizza???

i would definitly just do pizza and maybe do a some sort of craft to keep them busy for a little bit

I agree.. pizza and a craft would be fun! I've seen people do hat decorating, or something like that. You can also do a backyard BBQ? Maybe have some fun water games outside too?

July is a great month to do outside activities. Maybe some games with balls or obstacles... or water activities like sprinklers... I used to love jumping through the sprinklers. Do you have concrete anywhere? They can use sidewalk chalk and color. If you want to keep it inside, my mom once hung brown paper all over the walls and we decorated the entire living room walls in crayons and markers (but it was just on the brown paper- not the actual walls). Maybe some other type of craft... Play-doh?
For food, pizza is always a good birthday party choice. For non-pizza eaters, you might want to have a second option on hand. Maybe chicken nuggets or chicken fingers.

Pizza, decorate ur own cupcake, water balloon toss, slip n slide, buy 2 of those little pools, make your own ice cream sundea bars,

we are doing our daughter's 4th birthday party at home this year too. i don't plan to have too many kids....maybe about 6 friends and their siblings. We plan for it to be in the backyard...swingset, water table, sprinkler, kid pool, etc. I may plan a craft or some sort of games. For dessert we have Wilton Cupcake Tornado thingy so they can decorate their own. We're just going to serve pizza.
