Sushi - Nassau County
After living in Bellmore for almost 2 years now, DH and I still haven't found a sushi place that we love. We;ve had decent sushi, but nothing to rave about.
We want to go out for sushi next weekend, and want to go somewhere good, and moderately priced. Any suggestions? Anywhere in a 20 minute range from Bellmore is fine. TIA!

LOL..I don't know why I didn't think of Jani. I like their sushi. When we go there, I usually get Chinese food,which is why I probably didn't think of it.

For takeout I also like Miyako. My friend is obsessed with Merrick Sushi and Tea.

I always liked Tai Show in Massapequa - they have another location in Levittown. Minami in Massapequa is also very good.

My DH loves this little HOLE in the wall place called Shinsena for take out. He has been eating there for years and loves the Long Island roll.

We have taken out from there a couple of times. Their food is very good. Just looking for somewhere nicer to dine out this time. Thanks!

I agree with you! I like Tai Show Hibachi but I had the Sushi from there once and it grossed me out and I couldn't eat Sushi for a while because of it.
