6 month sleep regression?
DD is 6 months and for the past three weeks or so has been waking during the night to eat. I've tried soothing her in other ways, but it just doesn't work.
Previously she had been STTN since 7 weeks so I'm definitely not used to this anymore!
Is there anything I can do? Is CIO my only option (other than feeding her?)

Re: 6 month sleep regression?
I think we have the same baby!
Sophia is 6.5months and for the past 3ish weeks has been a terror at night. Previous to that, shed been STTN since about 10 weeks old, always for like 8 hours straight minimum.
All of a sudden she was waking every 2-3 hours and the only thing that would calm her was a little formula.
Thank GOD last night she slept from 930-530. I was going to lose it soon if I didnt get a decent nights sleep.
Im definitely thinking about doing CIO. She'll be 7 months in 1 week, so I dont think its TOOO young. I know she already knows how to work me. She'll be fine in her bouncer/exersaucer but if I walk by she'll start to cry bc she knows Ill pick her up. If DH did the same she wouldnt think twice about making a peep. She knows he wont give in. Shes a smart cookie! I need to do research about CIO though, I want to make sure im doing it right.
I think it's been a combination of things for us: teething, we just moved so her sched is a little screwed up, maybe a growth spurt, etc.
I hope it gets better for both of us!!!

Re: 6 month sleep regression?
I think it's a combination of teeting and growing also. She eats PLENTY during the day so I really don't think she's hungry, nursing is how she soothes.
I just wish I knew how to stop it!
to you!
