6 week obgyn appt after c section (tmi sorry)
Hi Ladies,
Have a quick question, I am due to see my obgyn tomorrow for my 6 week appt since i had dd..well (tmi) i just got my "friend"...should I cancel my appt?? did they do an internal at this app???

My six week appt was just a "talk" -
Is your pap up to date? That would have been the only other thing my ob/gyn did, but I'm not due for another until June.
He just checked my incision and discussed birth control, exercise, etc. and answered any questions I had.

You should call tomorrow and find out. I got my pap done and my dr. Did everything mentioned above.

my ob just looked at my scar...nothing "down there" lol...which was good bec I was still bleeding anyway

My OB/GYN definitely went inside. He was checking to make sure my uterus was going back to size. I would probably go anyway and just let him know......

I had an internal at my 6-week check-up. I would call them and ask them. I remember once having AF and the RE still told me to come in!

I had my pap done at my 6-week. TOTALLY wasn't prepared for that, I had just had back surgery 4 days prior and couldn't get my shoes back on by myself 
I'd say to go anyway--they'll want to look at your incision to make sure you're healing properly.

I had the exact same issue. They told me I had to come in. My dr did an internal to check if my uterus had gotten smaller appropriately. I wanted to die, but it wasn't a big deal.. GL!
