7 Layer Cookie Cake
I made this for my BF's birthday and OMG it is sooo good. It tastes just like the cookie!!! Grating hte almond paste was a real huge PAIN but other than that it's very simple. I got the recipe from Always Order Dessert

OMG my son loooooves rainbow cookies
and we will definitely be making this cake tomorrow after school. I showed him the pic and he is really excited. Had I seen this earlier we would've made it today!

for anyone that is not a "baker" you can go to Francesco's in Hicksville they sell a huge rainbow cookie and it is delish!!!
