70 degrees this week, are your kids wearing shorts to school?
Going through bunch of clothes and wondering if it's time to put them away. Are your kids wearing shorts to school?

DS hasn't really been wearing shorts.
I usually send him in those comfy sports pants with the stripe on the side, and if I do put a tshirt on him, a hoodie over it in the am so he can take it off in the afternoon or if he's warm at school.
It's almost that time to do a clean out. I feel like I just did this getting ready for summer!

Yep until my kids are freezing will they wear shorts, especially my 10 yr. old boy.

Ha, reminds me of the HS students I pass every morning between two districts.
They'd rather look cute and let it all hang out then be warm!
I'm not looking forward to that age!

DS (he is going to be 8 next month) is still wearing shorts. DD1 (she is 5) and DD2 (she is 20 months) has been wearing light pants with short sleeves...it's so cold in the mornings now!

Depends on the day. Sunny 70's is pretty warm. Especially in the sun. The issue is the mornings it's colder.
It's either pants and a t-shirt or shorts (most of my boys shorts are pretty long on them anyway) and a tshirt and throw on a sweatshirt in the morning. In the afternoon the sweatshirt is in the backpack when they get home.
They are 5 and 3 and my oldest in kindergarten.

My kids will be wearing shorts to right after Thanksgiving. The school is so hot that when they would wear pants they would come home soaking wet with sweat. They would wear shorts in the snow if I let them, lol.

Our schools are HOT! Like ridiculously hot, even in the winter, it's insane. I always see kids in shorts in the cool weather, I can't say I blame them though. When I volunteer in there in the winter, It's SOOOO hot!

We've been doing jeans, short sleeves, and zip down sweatshirt. He takes off the sweatshirt once in class.

My kids (18 mos. and 6 yo.) are still wearing shorts and capris. They may wear a light sweatshirt in the morning if it's cool but honestly, temps in the 70's with the sun out is pretty warm. Not jeans/pants weather IMO.

My son is still in shorts. The mornings sometimes are chilly but it's been warming up during the day. His school is really hot too, so he'll probably be in shorts for a while yet.

My kids 12 & 6 still wearing shorts and short sleeves. I dont put summer clothes away till end of Oct usually..lol

No. Our school started winter uniform this week. Gray slacks, jacket/tie. We always seem to have a warm spell this time of year and I feel so bad for them!

Boys are still wearing shorts and short sleeved shirts to school. They throw on a hooded sweatshirt for the morning at the bus stop. Most boys are still wearing shorts at our schools.
