*****Lose 10 pounds by April 1!!!!!*****
Hello All,
Little-J-Mommy's last challenge really helped me begin my very long journey to good health... and I'd like to continue it!!
So, what do you think of Lose 10 by April 1?
That gives us just over 6 weeks...
We can do it!!!!
Then, in April, we can restart to a Memorial Day goal!!
I like having "short" goals... they seem more attainable!
So, if you'd like to take the challenge, sign up here and every week we'll update our losses in bold text so it's easier for me to find it. I'll update as often as I can and we will all be that much healthier by Spring!!!

Why don't we post our favorite tips or recipes here and there as well?
I have been on WW for 6 weeks, and I find I love bell peppers and a little hummus, or even just a sugar free jello cup as a snack!

I'm in again! I only have 2.2 to go before I hit my WW goal...however, would like to surpass that number by atleast 5lbs or so...so I need all the motivation I can get!

Count me in  I've got a long way to go and these challenges definitely help. I'm not sure if this counts yet but down 1.1 this morning when I weighed myself.

I'm in - I was hoping someone would do this and agree, Memorial day is a while away.
Hoping to drop out early if I get a BFP, but in the meantime, I need to loose a few!!!!!
Still have 2 to go from the last challenge

I was also going to suggest that instead of just posting our weight lost at each check in, we post healthy food ideas, things we did differently this week to help kick start the weight loss... anything that might help others get ideas etc...I know I Co an use all the help I can get...having DS 2 really left me with a good 20lbs I need to lose.

Add me please! I lost 6 with the last challenge but gained one. Sundays are my weigh in day so it's a perfect time for me to start
ETA: I like Kelly's idea!
I need to drink more seltzer during the day (I cannot stand water so this is my best bet) and lay off the beer and salty snacks - they make me SO bloated and I guess as I'm getting older it makes more of a difference

Me please!!! I lost on the first challenge and on the second challenge.. I stayed the same weight the whole time. I am starting today with a Sat weigh in and I hope I can reach some goal and not just stay the same.
