What year did you get married and how much per person?
I am stunned by some of the prices per person in the thread about wedding venues.
I'll start:
2002
$44 pp--local neighborhood place; not saying where as I don't want to out myself; it was not on LI.

$64 per person (Monday, July 4th at 11 am)
At a Scotto Bros property.
Same exact room, menu... same wedding the previous Saturday night, the bride paid over $150 a plate. I saved thousands being flexible with the date and time.

2007 - $85/pp on a Sunday night in June at Chateau La Mer.
My second wedding was on a Saturday night in September in Lake George in 2013. Almost $200/pp. And that was only for the foo/drink...we also had to pay for all the rentals and a site fee (tent, chairs, tables, linens, lights, dance floor, heaters... )

2005 kosher $125. There is a premium for a kosher caterer. It was twilight on a Sunday so I took two wedding slots.
