This sounds like so much fun! I picked the Chicken Tango, the pork chops and the meatloaf (DH and DS are huge meatloaf fans, so I thought I'd pick it even if it isn't my fave).

I'm all registered. I went with the Crispy Onion Tilapia, Chicken Green Chile Enchiladas and the Chicken and Asparagus Risotto.

I'm still struggling with my choices. I'm def. doing the meatloaf and ravioli just can't decide what my 3rd should be yet.

ETA: Ok I narrowed my 3rd choice down to some kind of chickenChat Icon

I beleive you just prepare it all and then take it home and freeze, to cook at your own time. IS that right?

Re: 9/11 GTG: mommies night out *****UPDATE*****

Here is the menu I see:

Chicken and Asparagus Risotto
Save this one-dish meal for a night when you crave effortless elegance. Creamy rice, coated in a white wine, lemon and garlic sauce, mixes with diced chicken breast and crisp asparagus spears. The creation is crowned with Parmesan cheese. Stovetop – 35 minutes if thawed, 40 minutes if frozen.
Limit 2

Chicken Green Chile Enchiladas
A regular weeknight becomes a fiesta when you serve these hearty enchiladas. Corn tortillas are stuffed with diced chicken, cheddar and onions and drenched in a creamy sauce flavored with mild green chiles. Melted cheese tops the enchiladas. Oven – 50-60 minutes if thawed, 70-80 minutes if frozen.
Limit 2

Chicken Tango
Throw an effortless Caribbean-style party for your family any night of the week simply by serving this festive chicken dish. Chicken breasts simmer with chunks of pineapple, onions, peppers, and our tangy tomato sauce. Stovetop – 25-35 minutes if thawed, 35-45 minutes if frozen.
Limit 2

Cider Pork Chops with Apple-Raisin Stuffing
Juicy pork chops are marinated in apple juice and herbs and then baked on top of our new stuffing with croutons, white wine, raisins, seasonings, and a splash of apple juice. Your home will smell divine when they walk in – and you will take the glory!
Limit 2

Crab Cakes
Juicy crab is the main ingredient in these premier crab cakes. We’ve added just enough fresh diced celery, lemon juice, parsley and flavorings to make these cakes rich and flavorful.
Limit 2

Crispy Onion Tilapia with Rice Pilaf
Mild white fish takes on the savory flavors of French-fried onion, herbs and lemon pepper. The fillets are baked until golden and crispy on top and come with our flavorful rice pilaf. Oven – 15 minutes if thawed, 25 minutes if frozen.
Limit 2

Feta Chicken Bake
Welcome the sunny warmth of the Mediterranean to your dinner table when you serve this gourmet-style entrée. Feta cheese, black olives, red bell peppers and fresh lemon juice infuse juicy chicken breasts as they bake. Oven – 35-40 minutes if thawed, 50-60 minutes if frozen.
Limit 2

Mom’s Marvelous Meatloaf
The whole family will feel comforted by this old-fashioned favorite. Lean beef is mixed with bread crumbs, fresh onions and bell peppers, tomato sauce and a number of spices. Form into a traditional loaf, or divide the mixture into muffin tins for quicker baking. Oven – 60 minutes if thawed, 65 minutes if frozen; in muffin tins 25-35 minutes.
Limit 2

Pacific Rim Glazed Flank Steak
A generous flank steak marinated in teriyaki, garlic, herbs, honey and orange flavors is ready for a quick grill (about 20 minutes) outdoors or on the stovetop grill or skillet. It has a mild Asian flavor plus a fresh, citrus accent.
Limit 2

Pan-Fried Ravioli with Tomato Cream Sauce
Shhh! Don’t tell the kids this is a sophisticated dinner. Just wow them with jumbo cheese-filled ravioli covered with a beautiful rose-colored sauce flavored with tomatoes, cream and a hint of red wine. Stovetop – 15-20 minutes if thawed, 20-25 minutes if frozen.
Limit 2

Pepperoni Braided Bread
Big stuffed loaves of yeasty bread are loaded with pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, and your choice of onions, olives and more. You add what your family loves! This includes two big braids, so you can make one for the kids and another one with “the works” for Mom and Dad. Oven – 20-30 minutes if thawed, 35-45 minutes if frozen.
Limit 2

Sausage with Red Beans and Side of Rice
Let the good times roll when you serve this Cajun-style entrée. Sliced Kielbasa sausage and kidney beans are flavored with onions, two varieties of mild peppers and spices. Adjust the amount of Cajun spice based on how much kick your family can handle. Serve the mixture atop the white rice, which is included. Stovetop – 30 minutes if thawed, 35 minutes if frozen.
Limit 2

Did you select "September" menu?

The one you see as default is August.

Do you think they'll give us the recipe in case I want to make a pathetic attempt to duplicate if it's super super yummy?
