A big huge giant mole???

Is it possible this is a tumor?

My friend's dog has a golf ball sized growth on the top of her front left paw. She's always had little moles on her body. We are taking her to the vet on Saturday, but I am soooo concerned about it. It doesn't hurt her that we can see, but it's very unsightly and scares me

It's a female 7yo German Shorthaired Pointer, a rescue, and she had uterine cancer.

Please help!

I'm sorry to hear that about your friends dog. My dog buddy who was a German Short haired Pointer Mix had bumps on his feet too. we had a punch biopsy on it and it wasnt cancer, it was a cyst that was treated with antibiotics.
