A/C Unit question
We have the A/C unit in the wall (vs. being in the window).
I think it needs service or a charge. Anyone we call does not service these types of units.
Does anyone have this type of A/C? How do you get repairs or charges done?

there is NO brand printed anywhere on the thing!

Try taking the front cover off or looking underneath. Perhaps the brand is listed.
I would replace it and cover up the wall and put in a window AC. Chances are the wall unit is very old and not energy efficient anyway.
