a funny observation...
i was asked by a co-worker this morning what month i am in right now... and im like 
i couldnt even answer it.. i had to count on my fingers..
i felt so dumb ..
im so used to going by weeks now.. i just havent thought about the months..

 happens all the time...but if you think about it, before you were pregnant, you used to ask people how many months too...you never understand the weeks until you get pg.

Really I only go in months, it’s a nice whole number I don’t have to update
So Friday I’ll be in my 20th week so I’ve been telling people I’m 4 months all month. Or maybe a lil over 4months. Next week I’ll say five months hahaha
What confuses me is the lady behind me is 4 weeks behind me in pregnancy. So she’s saying I’m starting my 6th month?? And she’s starting her 5th month? Do you count your months as the months you completed or the month your currently in? I count months completed.

I know! the ticker thing on my profile says I am in my 6th month, but if i tel people that they think i am due in july and I am actually due in August. so its so confusing.
I just say weeks, let them do the math

The month to week conversion is so screwy. Technically I'm in my 7th month but if I tell people that they will think I'm due June when I'm actually due in July (I'm 30 weeks).
I usually answer the question in this format: "Well, I am 30 weeks so I am in my 7th month"
I'm sure it confuses the heck out of them but whatever.

I just tell people how many weeks along I am and then I tell them how many months I have to go. I found this is easiest for them. So I will say that I am 32 weeks, so I have 2 months to go.
