My mom uses them. It's a division of Flushing Savings Bank.

I've had one through ING for years for money I don't want instant access to.
All of my other banking is through TD. The only gripe with them is that their app for online banking never seems to work on my cell phone.

i have ING and a Discover Online savings account. The Discover account has a great web site and offers me a 1.29% interest rate..the only lousy thing about them is that I have to wait 3-4 days to get the cash out (transaction waiting time).
