A little confused...

Last month we played it too cute with the timing of BDing. So I looked up how long sperm lives in the female body and this is what I found...

Is this correct? Should you bd just the 5th, 4th & 3rd day before ovulating and then abstain? Why abstain? I would think BD as much as possible... I had also read to BD every other day. Also, I am using the CBFM and that says to BD once during high and once during peak.

What the heck? Any advice would be great!

First the stuff about girl vs boy sperm and speed is garbage. Second, yes sperm can live up to 5 days but ALL conditions must be optimal for that to happen. And an egg only lives for 24 hours. You can only get pregnant in the 24 hour window that the egg is alive.
