Mine was very original, it was "Colette's having a baby"  which is my way of saying we were themeless  Sorry I'm no help.
If you're staying neutral teddy bears are always good; what bedding did you pick, is there something we can "pull" from that?

We didnt really have much of a theme but i had lots of blues and blue and brown.
Maybe pick colors?

I've been trying to figure this out too! I'm making a baby shower for my daughter and we've been trying to figure out a "theme" I liked one called SweetPea. Then we found one that has ducks & frogs. She's always had a thing for frogs so I think we're going with something like that. She is team

I was team too and our theme was Twinkle Twinkle Little Star with a brown and green color scheme. Turned out really cute.

Mine was Under the Sea b/c the bedding in DS's room is a sea theme and DH & I love the ocean.
The invites had this picture
I thought they were so cute.
