Visiting from the Preggo board - Pediatrician recs?
DH and I want to start taking down recommendations and set up some appts to meet the doctors.
My OB recommended Seaford Pediatrics, but I heard that you don't really get a designated doctor at the practice (although they are all very nice), we kind of want  to get use to her doc.
Any where in Nassau would be great. TIA!

We love her. She is very informative and patient with new parents that have lots of questions.
We also love that it not a practice group. It is her office. She works with only one other doctor, so you get very personal attention.

We use Seaford Pediatrics- and absolutely LOVE them! Yes, its true, you don't really get a designated doctor- but its really ok! I've mostly seen Dr Meckes and Dr Yaker- so I feel like DD has a designated dr. Both Dr Meckes and Dr Yaker are wonderful and caring- and everytime I see them I feel like they really know who we are- which is a great feeling!

We recently moved to Bellmore and tried to get into Seaford Pediatrics. They said they weren't taking any new patients though, so we went with Dr. Peter Oppenheimer in Bellmore. We have only had one visit so far, but he seems great
