A Question for the WW Ladies
So many of you have been so successful and inspirational! I'm curious - are all of you doing flex points or are any of you doing the core plan? Please let me know! Also, how much are you exercising? THanks!

I am doing the flex points. I find it easier to follow and it's structured.
I am on the Elliptical 3-4 times a week for 1/2 hr and I walk about 3 miles a week.

i'm on flex. core seemed to complicated for me. i go to the gym about 3 times a week and do the elliptical or treadmill for 30 minutes.

Hi! I am doing flex points too. I work out 3-4 times a week either hiking or doing walk away the pounds.
